Questions, Feedback and/or Ideas?
We want to hear from you. Please email EXTEND@parishepiscopal.org.
Extended Care is available both before and after Explorations classes. We have several options for Extended Care as well as payment plans which allows you to customize your EXTEND experience. If your child requires care after a class concludes, please enroll in Extended Care and use the discount code provided to reduce the cost. If your class begins later and your child will stay in Extended Care until it begins, there is no need to enroll in care, it is included in the cost of the class.
A. New this year, ParishEXTEND Dance Academy classes are now by the season similar to other extend classes. Mid-year enrollment is available in classes with space. Please email Jessica Robinson with any questions.
Q. What does my child need to wear to dance?
A. Dance attire varies by class and by age group. Those in PreK and Kindergarten do not change and will wear their uniforms to class. All other dancers will need to reference the dance handbook for specific attire requirements. For your convenience approved dance apparel can now be purchased at the PAWS store. To order, go to http://bit.do/extenddance. For questions regarding Parish branded dance apparel, please contact the PAWS store at 972-852-8855.
Q. Is there an end of year performance?
A. There is an end of year performance on Saturday, May 5, 2018 in the GPAC at 10:00am. Rehearsal will be held the day before the performance. Year-round classes that will participate in the performance have a costume fee factored into their class price. Classes that will not perform are designated as such in their description.
Q. Is it mandatory that my child participate in the recital? A. The dance performance is optional. Please communicate with Jessica Robinson should your child choose not to participate.
Q. Do I need to pay all at once?
A. You may pay for classes month to month with a recurring payment plan setup through your ParishEXTEND account.
Q. Which classes should I enroll in? Please email Jessica Robinson to discuss the appropriate level for your child.

Please note that your ParishEXTEND account, login and password are unique to ParishEXTEND and are not the same as your myPARISH portal login.
Q. How do I add additional extended care days?
A. Extended Care by the Day is a single session to select, followed by options of specific days. When you sign up initially the session is easy to find. However, when you return later to add more days, the session does not appear with the other options. To add additional care please edit your Extended Care enrollment session listed under your current reservations and add the new days needed, then proceed to payment and completion. Click here to view a step by step tutorial.
Q. What is the late fee policy?

Q. Who do I contact with schedule changes?
A. Please email EXTEND@parishepiscopal.org with schedule changes.
Q. Is there an advantage to registering for extended care by the season or day of week as opposed to daily?

Q. What will my child do in Extended Care?

Discounts for students taking multiple dance classes will automatically apply to your cart during checkout. For more information on dance discounts, please see the dance section on page 24.
Q. What is your payment policy?
A. Payment(s) must be made or scheduled at the time of registration. You are financially responsible for all days for which you are registered, whether or not your student attends or if school is unexpectedly canceled (for instance, due to inclement weather). If you have outstanding debts in a given program, your child may not participate until you have settled your account. You may pay online through your account or by check to the EXTEND Office.
Q. What is your cancelation policy?
A. Should you wish to withdraw or change your student from a ParishEXTEND program, you must do so in writing by 9:00am on the day following the first class. Please send your written notice to EXTEND@parishepiscopal.org. Should your child's withdrawal or absence from a class bring the total number of students below the minimum number needed for the class to proceed, you will not be refunded or permitted to transfer your tuition to another class. If your child’s withdrawal does not impact the ability of the class to run and is received on time, you will only be responsible for the cost of the class/lesson taken, and the remainder of your payment will be refunded or applied to another class.
