Gift Opportunities

In addition to the vital support provided through Parish Fund, our largest annual giving program, there are many other significant types of gifts that benefit the Parish community in meaningful ways. By taking advantage of one of our gift opportunities, you can leave a mark of your commitment to Parish, while knowing that your gift will impact our young people for years to come. We are here to help our donors learn about all the needs of the school.

Giving Highlights

Remarkable Realities. In fall 2010, Parish engaged more than 100 parents, faculty, students and community volunteers to craft a strategic vision, outline our goals and shape the future of Parish. We launched our Remarkable Realities initiatives in support of new innovative programs focusing on leadership, science and technology, global awareness and relationships. Results of the campaign include:

  • creation of the Beasley STEM Center and Fleeger STEM Kitchen on the Hillcrest campus
  • renovation of the Tadewald Field for girl's softball
  • redesign and enlargement of space for the Design Den (D2), a maker space which also houses the Stewart Family Robotics Lab
  • significant upgrades to the Hillcrest Kitchen

Endowment. In fall 2012, the School received a generous $10 million match to its 2011-2012 “Remarkable Realities” development campaign. The gift represents the largest, single gift in Parish's history and propelled its fund-raising initiative to $20 million raised in one year. Increasing the School's endowment remains an immediate priority to ensure that Parish continues to grow stronger within our community.

Gifts in support of school priority initiatives will expand new programs, provide monies for faculty professional development, add to financial aid, fund capital projects and support daily life at Parish.

Endowment & Special Purpose Gifts

Increasing the School's endowment is a continuing priority to ensure that Parish continues to grow stronger and extend its impact within our community. A strong endowment provides for long-term stability and security of our School.

Through generous contributions from families and friends, named funds and endowments have been established; the gifts are held in perpetuity and create a lasting legacy. Income from the endowment strengthens academic programs, enriches student life and more. Thoughtful donors who choose to make their contributions in this way give the ultimate gift of allowing future generations to put their funds to the best use and for the greatest needs.

Gifts are welcomed to support a specific purpose or initiative, such as financial aid, tuition assistance or faculty development; our office will work with each donor to determine how to fulfill your intentions. If you would like to discuss the variety of ways in which endowments may support Parish, or if you would like to establish a specific fund, please contact Amanda Meter at or 972.852.8757.

Tribute Gifts

A meaningful way to honor a special occasion or individual, or remember a loved one is to make a gift to Parish in honor or memory of that person. Your gift will provide support to the School while recognizing the significant people in your life. The gifts provide additional financial resources needed for all our programs. Your gift makes a difference at Parish and is a meaningful way to pay tribute to a special person.

Great schools are instilled with the spirit that anything is possible. This is empowered by a strong and supportive community, and Parish’s major donors are exemplary in this regard. We are grateful for their ongoing support of the School. In just a few years, we have grown into a school serving 1100 students in PreK – 12th grade. This inspiring growth happened thanks to our generous community.

Gifts to Parish are the ultimate way to have a personal and long lasting impact. Thanks to the many members of the Parish community who led our efforts during past capital campaigns, we have accomplished many of our goals in creating the Parish experience by providing the facilities and resources for our students’ education.
