Basketball Boys

On Saturday, October 28, Boys’ Varsity Basketball had their first scrimmage of the year against Trinity Christian Cedar Hill and Tyler All Saints at Parish.  It was a good start to the new season.  The scrimmage format consisted of each team playing six quarters.  Parish won 2, tied 2, and lost 2 quarters in a very competitive scrimmage yet won the overall point total between their opponents.   The Varsity and JV teams will have their first official game of the season on Thursday, November 2 , at Dallas Christian and will celebrate the start of the season on Friday, November 3, after the home football game at the Parish Late Night Madness Event in the Midway Gym.  They hope the gym is packed for the event!  Finally, both JV and Varsity teams will have home games on November 7 and 10.  Game times for both days are JV @ 6:00 p.m. and Varsity @ 7:30 p.m. The boys’ basketball program looks forward to seeing everyone in the gym this season!
