Welcome to Lower School
"With a strong foundation, children can build the passions, skills and talents necessary to accomplish their goals and dreams."
Parish's Lower School provides the foundation for children to launch their educational careers. With a strong foundation, children can build the passions, skills and talents necessary to accomplish their goals and dreams. Parish allows children to build this foundation in a loving, supportive and enriching environment. We are committed to develop the whole child in partnership with you - our families.
From our pre-kindergarten students up to our 4th graders, Parish encourages children to grow academically, socially, physically and spiritually. The Lower School program fosters a life-long love of learning in each of our students. Our teachers collaborate together to create a developmentally appropriate environment that promotes creativity, problem solving and critical thinking. We also introduce them to the concept of experiential and service learning, offering age-appropriate opportunities to raise students’ awareness of local, national and global issues, and guiding them to become actively contributing citizens. Our level of commitment to caring service is a unique aspect to a Parish education.
At Parish, we strive to forge young people of impact by shaping their hearts and minds. From a young age, children are encouraged to develop leadership skills by understanding the values of Wisdom, Honor and Service – the tenets of Parish Episcopal School – while engaging their hearts and minds in academic learning. Guiding your children is a great privilege and honor. We appreciate you - our parents, our partners in this journey - as we work together to ensure the best education for your child!
