Wednesday e-mail (aka we-mail) is a convenient method of communicating with the PES community. We-mail was established to easily, quickly and efficiently get information to you about weekly events, calendar items, Parents’ Association information, athletic events and schedules, as well as other timely information pertinent to PES. We are very excited about this opportunity to enhance communications, and we hope that you will find it to be a valuable resource.
- We-mail will be distributed each Wednesday afternoon to all parents for whom we have valid e-mail addresses, and all members of the faculty and staff. We DO monitor subscription requests.
- We-mail will contain important dates, events, special programs, parents' association information, general announcements, as well as specific division information.
- We-mail will be used from time-to-time to communicate general "state-of-the-school"-type and grade-level information or updates.
- We-mail will appear in a plain text format in order to accommodate all e-mail systems and will contain links to the PES website.
- At this time there are no plans to replace the "Brown Envelope" with we-mail; however, increasingly, we would like to take full advantage of the convenience of on-line communication and the efficiency of using our website to get information.

To subscribe addresses, send a message to we-mail@parishepiscopal.org. Please include in the body:
SUBSCRIBE YourFirstname YourLastname YourEmailAddress
(SUBSCRIBE Joe Smith jsmith@parishepiscopal.org)
AND the names and grades of all your children that are enrolled at The Parish Episcopal School.
