Every school needs active participation in order to thrive. Whether you are a current parent, friend or alumnus/a of the school, many important opportunities exist for your support. Parish instills in its students the principles of honor, wisdom and service – throughout which is imparted a core belief and understanding of the value of doing one’s best – both for oneself, and for one’s community. Parish is a close-knit community, and this cooperative spirit extends beyond the students, to encompass all member of our extended “family” – faculty, parents and alumni. Active Participation If you are a current parent, we expect that you will take an active part in your child's education – perhaps by being involved in the classroom, attending events, volunteering to help out with projects when needed, or participating in the one of the many Volunteer Activities. Financial Support We also hope - as virtually every independent school across the country does - that you will contribute to the Annual Fund to the extent that you are financially able. We hope that you will become involved in a meaningful way and that you will encourage others to do the same. Remember, as an independent school, you can make a tax-deductible gift to the school. In fact, there are many ways to give. |
