Upper Elementary

The Upper Elementary curriculum at Parish is thoughtfully planned to encourage our students to become enthusiasts of learning. Building upon a solid core curriculum of English, mathematics, social studies and science, Parish third and fourth graders are asked to reach for a greater wealth of knowledge.

We believe that early introduction to enrichment classes, such as Spanish, art, music, computer, library skills, physical education, religion and Daily Chapel services, is an integral part of nurturing a love for learning, as well as fostering creativity and developing thinking and reasoning skills.

Our Upper Elementary teachers work tirelessly to nurture each student to become a confident and self-motivated learner, as well as a positive and respectful participant in the school community. We strive for these goals, simply, because we appreciate the importance of cultivating the future.
