Announcing the new and improved Second Season for
The Swimming Panthers...
A Parish Swim Club organized by Parish parents
(The Season: October 2005-February 2006)
Plans are developing for weekly workouts at a pool, two or three mornings (before school) with a coach! Stroke development and endurance will be part of the program.
Any 5th -11th grade student who swims can join our club and represent Parish in numerous swim meets. The middle school swimmers will compete in the DPL meets and other invitational meets. High School swimmers will compete in meets with various schools in the SPC, and in dual and invitational meets.
Novices are welcome*.
(*Swimmers are encouraged to train this summer with a club, or to take lessons to improve or learn strokes. We have a resource list if you are new to swimming or looking for a different club for the summer.)
