Message from Dr. Csaszar December 2007 I always say to myself, what is the most important thing we can think about at this extraordinary moment.” - Francois de La Rochefoucauld
Dear Parents,
As we approach the end of our first semester and the holiday season, I can’t help but delight in the wonderful moments in time we are sharing with our students in the Upper Elementary Division. Their precious eyes are sparkling with anticipation of their Christmas program and the upcoming parties, and it is easy to catch their holiday fever!
Third graders have been our pride and joy this semester because we have seen tremendous growth in them. They have demonstrated their ability to transition into becoming upper elementary students while showing us their exuberance about almost everything all along the way! A few of them are starting to come down to my office to show me their writing, and I truly love seeing the progress that they are making. They feel so proud of their achievements, and that is the very thing that makes all this hard work so worthwhile!
I sure hope all of you third grade parents are ready for an extra dose of enthusiasm as we progress through the upcoming Rome production! You are in for one of the most enjoyable treats imaginable!
As for fourth graders, we have been impressed with them from the start as we watched them rapidly settle into the routines, and we can easily see how they are going to excel in their preparation for Middle School.
Fourth graders have given us some special moments to appreciate as we watched them create their outstanding vocabulary hats, lead portions of our chapel services, and participate in Hershey Day, among many other activities. I’m especially looking forward to watching their shopping activities during our upcoming “Shop ‘Til You Drop” math day this December 14!
Let’s all keep each other and our students’ adopted soldiers in our prayers through this holiday season. We all have so much to be thankful for in our lives. I, personally, am filled with joy and appreciation for the progress that we are making together!
I wish all of you a safe and joyous Christmas and holiday season. Please remember to create many special moments in time that you will always treasure in your hearts!
I look forward to our ongoing work together for the benefit of your children!
May God bless us all!
**Please remember to join me at my February “Coffee with Lynda” on Wednesday, February 20 at 8:10 a.m. for a discussion about ERB testing.
