THE PLAN…. The Panther Football Program was launched in fall 2003 with a 5th and 6th Grade team Coached by Scott Nady along with a few assistants. The 2004 season will see the launch of a 7th & 8th Grade team. Coach Nady will find a qualified staff to take over at the 5th and 6th grade level, and his staff will move up and coach the 7th and 8th grade team. The 2005 season will mark the beginning of Parish Episcopal High School Panther Football. Coach Nady will find a quality replacement staff for the 7th and 8th grade level and will move up to launch a frosh/soph team that will also include Juniors (Current 9th Graders) that wish to participate. 2006 will be the first year of Varsity Football at Parish Episcopal High School. Coach Nady will find a qualified staff to take over at the frosh/soph level and he and his staff will move up and start to establish the PANTHER FOOTBALL TRADITION!!
2005 Football Season Advance Message From Coach Nady: "I have already received questions about when football will start in 2005. The answer is Monday August 1st 2005. Please plan camps and vacations accordingly. Next season we will have a 5th and 6th grade team / 7th and 8th grade team / and a Frosh, Soph team with Juniors eligible to play on that team. The weight room will be open all summer for football players going into the 9th-11th grades. Please try your best to make sure that your boy is here August 1st. Missing practice puts the boy at a severe disadvantage. I hope this is plenty of notice. PLEASE....spread the word and pass this e-mail along to other families who will be new to Parish football next season. Thank you and Go Panthers!"
