 Daily Religious Life
How our Episcopal identity is reflected in a student’s day at Parish:
Required
- Daily Chapel and Eucharist attendance
- Respectful participation in all services (standing, remaining silent)
- Participation through Advisory as Chapel server either as usher, lesson reader, prayer leader, crucifer, torch bearer or banner bearer
- Coming forward during Eucharist to receive either a prayer, a non-denominational blessing or the Sacrament of bread and/or wine
- Completing work when absent in observance of non-Christian Holy Days
- Wearing school and athletic uniforms that include the school shield and its religious symbol
- Religious Education instruction according to curricula for each grade division
- Complete religious education graduation requirement (1 credit)
Optional
- Saying Prayers or Creeds
- Attending school during Holy Days (for non-Christian religions)
- Attending athletic events, practices or other school activities during Holy Days.
