Upper Elementary (3-4) Upper Elementary Music Education and Choir We seek a full-time creative, dynamic Upper Elementary (3rd-4th) music teacher to join a department committed to developing strong musical skills in our students. Qualifications: • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Music Education • Texas certification preferred • Proficiency in piano and vocal skills • Sight reading skill • Knowledge of and classroom experience in Orff and Kodaly philosophies • Choral directing experience and knowledge of age appropriate choral literature • Recorder playing and teaching experience • Minimum 3 years experience as elementary music teacher • Classroom technology experience • Background knowledge and accompaniment experience in Episcopal hymnody
