Early Childhood (PK-2)
Preschool Lead Teacher
Bachelor’s degree required
At least one year of teaching experience required, experience as a lead teacher is a plus
Experience in an early childhood program (Pre-K or K) strongly preferred
Teaching certificate preferred, but not required
Position can be configured as either a full time or part time position

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in an early childhood classroom in either Pre-K or Kindergarten, as a student teacher, teacher’s aide, teaching assistant, or fellowship program, is a plus

Upper Elementary (3-4)
Upper Elementary Music Education and Choir
We seek a full-time creative, dynamic Upper Elementary (3rd-4th) music teacher to join a department committed to developing strong musical skills in our students.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Music Education
• Texas certification preferred
• Proficiency in piano and vocal skills
• Sight reading skill
• Knowledge of and classroom experience in Orff and Kodaly philosophies
• Choral directing experience and knowledge of age appropriate choral literature
• Recorder playing and teaching experience
• Minimum 3 years experience as elementary music teacher
• Classroom technology experience
• Background knowledge and accompaniment experience in Episcopal hymnody

Middle School Spanish Teacher
The Parish Episcopal School in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Spanish instructor to begin in August 2008. This position offers a teacher the opportunity to be involved in curriculum planning and instruction. A segment of Outdoor Education is experienced through the grade level trip. Other duties will include participating in our Advisory Program.

We are especially interested in candidates who have an interest and ability to contribute to our sports or extracurricular programs.
