Faculty Endowment
To attract, compensate and retain exceptionally talented and dedicated faculty – in spite of a teacher shortage across North America – enabling Parish to support salaries, benefits, and enrichment programs.
Program Endowment
To foster achievement and opportunities in academics, the arts and athletics through access to modern, well-equipped facilities and broad-based programming while preserving the beauty and treasured features of the Hillcrest and Midway campuses.

Throughout our school’s history, leaders in the Parish community have looked to the future – supporting capital projects such as the purchase and retrofitting of the Midway campus, equipment for various programs, renewing or refurbishing facilities, and other initiatives to meet the strategic and changing needs of students and faculty. Today’s students are the beneficiaries of significant building programs, and we need to continue to build this support as Parish looks to the future.
Endowment
Endowment is distinguished by its permanence; its principal continues to grow over time as a result of careful investing. Endowment income is used to support Parish’s mission, often for a specific purpose designated by the donor. Perhaps most important of all – because the fund’s principal is not spent, and a portion of the annual earnings is reinvested, an endowment increases over time and lasts forever.
Endowment is critical to the success of current and future programs at Parish for several reasons. Endowment supports faculty salaries, allowing us to attract and retain some of the best teachers from across the nation. It supports financial aid – encouraging diversity and allowing the school to attract outstanding students of merit, regardless of their financial situation. It also supports academic programs, ensuring that teachers have the necessary resources to keep abreast of curriculum development and program enhancements.
The objective in increasing our endowment fund is to ensure the viability and continued quality of the School’s programs. A gift to endowment not only makes a difference in the lives of today’s students; it will continue to make a difference in perpetuity, touching the lives of hundreds of students and faculty members to come.
