5th through 8th grades are located on the Midway Campus. Located at the corner of Midway and Alpha Roads, the Midway Campus is a state-of-the-art facility, designed by world-renowned architect I.M. Pei. Breathtaking in architecture and design, the Midway Campus creates an environment that provides the perfect backdrop for older students
to develop academically and socially.
During the middle school years, PES offers a challenging curriculum which stretches each students ability to think, communicate and achieve set goals. Students are afforded extensive opportunities to explore their individual gifts not only academically, but also in enrichment areas such as athletics, drama, art, and music. Focus is also placed on developing strong communication skills both written and orally.
The emphasis during these years is to teach children to become students. Each student is encouraged to strive for a greater understanding of oneself while being respectful of others. Students learn that they must be responsible for their actions and for the decisions they make.

7th grade trip to Catalina Island, California focuses on dynamic learning in
an ocean environment
8th grade trip to Washington D.C./Richmond, VA, includes visits to historical sites/government offices
Middle School Athletics
Parish Episcopal School offers a competitive program for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. All 5th-8th grade students who meet eligibility requirements will be allowed to participate on a sports team. Parish is a member of the Dallas Parochial League.
