WARNING: A majority of the time
“homework” assignments are unfinished class work that was
scheduled to be completed during class time. Homework will not necessarily be a
nightly occurrence. That being said,
there is always reading that can be done in history. HISTORY IS
READING!!!!! You can
always re-read your chapter, re-read your section or even read an outside book
about the era in history we are covering in class. The textbook is not the only source for
information. Make bender
cards (flash cards), T charts, hot dogs, biscuits… whatever you need to
get the job done. Make
graphic flowcharts of the chapter or section. Basically, study. Set out to accomplish
whatever you need to do to help you learn the material.
What??? You did the work but you didn’t
turn it in for credit?

Go ahead; explain it to him ……
I’m sure he will understand.
Extra
Chapter 8 Notes- Note: These are like a “cliff
notes” version of our textbook.
Like regular “cliff notes”, they are no substitute for the
actual reading of the chapter. I
cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of these notes as they have been created
by a third party company not associated with the actual publisher of the
textbook. However, the notes tend
to be very thorough and complete.
They can make an excellent resource.
