Parish Singers Complete Historic First Tour Jan 20-22, 2007

The Parish Singers’ first winter tour took the group to Bryan, Texas, for performances at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, St. Michael’s Episcopal School and Allen Academy. Half of the 85 member group participated in the milestone event and enjoyed the opportunity to visit Texas A&M University, watch the A&M vs. Oklahoma State basketball game and attend a University open house that featured many organizations like the world famous Singing Cadets. The Parish Singer’s tour concluded with a performance at The Canterbury Episcopal School in DeSoto.
The Parish Singer’s tour represents the foundation from which the group plans to develop its choral legacy. The Parish Singers plan to further the legacy with an international tour this summer from June 7-13 in Nassau, Bahamas.
