Thursday, March 1, was a unique evening for Parish’s Middle School, as students in grades five-eight presented their first performance that encompassed all four grades.  Ensembles in the program included fifth and sixth grade general music classes, fifth and sixth grade choir, seventh and eighth grade choir, Middle School bands and Middle School dance. The program included a mix of selections ranging from musical settings of poetry by Robert Louis Stevenson, to the hit “We’re All in This Together” from the Disney movie/musical “High School Musical.”

Students worked on their selections during second trimester music and dance classes. In addition, students who prepared a solo for the Texas Private Schools Music Educator’s Association (TPSMEA) were featured in the program.
